These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Melodicex Hub, accessible at melodicexhub.com. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

- User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
- Account refers to a registered profile created by a User to access personalized features of the Platform.

- Services refers to the educational offerings including group sessions, individual lessons, learning paths, and live interactions facilitated through the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your location, whichever is greater. If you are under this age, you may only use the Platform with the verifiable consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify Melodicex Hub immediately at info@melodicexhub.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Melodicex Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain unauthorized benefits, or misrepresent identity is prohibited.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless a separate written agreement with Melodicex Hub explicitly permits commercial use. Permitted use includes:
- Accessing and participating in courses and sessions you have enrolled in
- Communicating with instructors and other Users through designated Platform features
- Downloading materials explicitly made available for download
- Personalizing your learning path within the options provided by the Platform
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written authorization
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other Accounts, or connected systems
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform
- Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access the Platform through your Account
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, or any content designed to harm systems or Users
- Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other Users
- Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or affiliation with any person or organization
- Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Melodicex Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.
6.2 Limited License
Melodicex Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content strictly for your personal educational purposes during the term of your active enrollment or subscription. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, or any commercial exploitation of the Content.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit, upload, or post any content on the Platform, such as messages, assignments, or feedback, you grant Melodicex Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and adapt such submissions to operate and improve the Platform. You retain ownership of any original content you submit, and you represent that you have the right to grant this license.
7. Sessions and Scheduling
7.1 Session Access
Access to live sessions, whether group or individual, is granted upon confirmed enrollment and payment where applicable. Sessions are conducted according to schedules published on the Platform and may be subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
7.2 Attendance and Conduct
Users are expected to join sessions on time and behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during sessions may result in removal from the session and suspension or termination of your Account.
7.3 Recording
Sessions may be recorded by Melodicex Hub for educational, quality assurance, or accessibility purposes. You consent to being recorded when participating in live sessions. You may not record sessions yourself without express written permission.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees
Access to certain Services may require payment of fees as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are due prior to access unless otherwise specified.
8.2 Payment Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Melodicex Hub is not responsible for failures resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by you.
8.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees for services already rendered, sessions already attended, or digital materials already accessed are non-refundable. Requests for refunds must be submitted to info@melodicexhub.com within the period specified at purchase.
8.4 Price Changes
Melodicex Hub reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed but will apply to future transactions.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools, services, or websites. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Melodicex Hub assumes no responsibility for their content, availability, or practices. The inclusion of any third-party link or integration does not constitute an endorsement.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Melodicex Hub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Melodicex Hub does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or results from participation in any course or session.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Melodicex Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total liability of Melodicex Hub to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Melodicex Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
13.1 By Melodicex Hub
Melodicex Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at Melodicex Hub's reasonable discretion.
13.2 By You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Melodicex Hub at info@melodicexhub.com. Termination does not entitle you to any refund for fees already paid unless otherwise specified in the applicable refund policy.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations, shall remain in effect.
14. Modifications to These Terms
Melodicex Hub may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. If changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Accessibility and Platform Availability
Melodicex Hub aims to maintain consistent availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime in advance.
17. Communications
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from Melodicex Hub related to your use of the Platform, including transactional messages, session reminders, and service updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us at info@melodicexhub.com.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Melodicex Hub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
